In this video I demonstrate how to cook my bacon-wrapped pork tenderloin, which I serve with sage & onion stuffing balls, creamy mashed potatoes and steamed vegetables.
Ingredients:
1 pork tenderloin.
4 or more rashers of bacon.
2 teaspoons of English mustard.
Serve with creamy mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables.
