How to Bake a Classic English Pork Pie

There are many regional versions of English pork pies and they come in several shapes and sizes. I love them all. My version is similar to the ones I grew up enjoying in my native Nottinghamshire.

Massive thanks to my dear friend Mr Paul for his generosity and kindness, his pork pie video is linked here: https://youtu.be/iEHiSM33DoI

Mr Paul has a wealth of knowledge on English butchery and baking, he has been a mentor and an inspiration to me over these last couple of years.

Massive thanks also to my dear friend Bradley Bennett yet again for his generosity, kindness and support.
