Emma's chocolate pudding
In a medium saucepan, put:
1/2 cup of sugar,
1/2 cup of cocoa powder,
A quarter cup of corn starch.
Gradually add 4 cups of milk.
Bring to a boil over medium high heat, stirring the whole time.
When it comes to a boil, stir and simmer for 2 minutes.
Remove from the heat and add 2 tbsp of butter and 2 tsp of vanilla.
Stir and allow it to cool.
Chill and serve.
